Something truly magical is unfolding…

I’ll be collaborating with the beautiful Rachel for a deeply nourishing evening of sunset gazing, floating Yoga Nidra, and sound healing beneath the evening sky. 🌊✨

As we drift gently in the pool, Rachel will be blessing us with the soothing sounds of the cello and her angelic voice, while I weave in the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls—creating a dreamy soundscape for rest, release, and renewal. 🎻🔮💫

This evening is an invitation to slow down, soften, and float into deep peace surrounded by water, music, sunset energy, and community magic.

Still soaking in the magic from our Cacao & Yoga Nidra Ceremony here in Costa Rica 🌿✨

An evening filled with deep rest, heart opening, breath, connection, and beautiful energy.

Watching everyone soften, release, and fully surrender into the experience was truly so special.

So much gratitude for every soul who came with an open heart and shared this sacred space together 🤍

Ceremonial cacao, yoga nidra, and breathwork create such a beautiful reminder of the power of slowing down and simply being.

Good Morning from Costa Rica!

Birthday Wednesday was a blast! We rode ATVs through the forest, over the river many times, up a mountain to a little farm and waterfall! Picked local mangos off the trees! We crushed sugar cane and made local drinks! Jumped into a waterhole at the bottom of the waterfall and swam amongst beautiful queens! My heart was in pure bliss that brought tears to my eyes! So grateful! ☺️
