Ready to test your game under pressure? 🎾🔥
Our Doubles Time Trial is back! Fast rotations, quick-fire points, and six high-energy matches that will push your stamina, focus, and strategy.

Schedule
• Check-in: 7:00–7:30am
• Warm-up (one only): 8:00–8:20am
• Event runs 8–11am (no warm-ups between matches)

Match Format
• Doubles, no-Ad
• 6 matches per player, 20 minutes each
• Rotating partners every round
• When time ends, the team ahead wins (unless game + point are tied)

Breaks & Hydration
• 10-minute breaks to hydrate, report scores, and reset
• Water + Gatorade included

Scoring & Finals
• Win = 2 pts, Loss = 1 pt
• Top 4 players qualify for the Big Final
• Final is one set to 6 — winners become Tournament Champions

$50 per person • Prizes for 1st & 2nd • December 21

🎾 Full Circle Moment 🎾
Today, I gave my Dad a tennis lesson.

He was the one who first introduced me to this sport — the one who coached me, pushed me, and shaped my love for the game. It wasn’t always easy. Our rallies on and off the court were sometimes tough. But today felt different.

This time, I was the coach. I showed him new techniques, new styles — and somehow, between forehands and laughter, we found something deeper: forgiveness, gratitude, and understanding.

I realized how much tennis mirrors life — when we hold on too tight, our shots tighten too. But when we let go, when we breathe, the game flows again.

Those early lessons, even the hardest ones, made me the coach I am today. Tennis has always been more than a sport for us — it’s been healing, family, and the thread that always brings us back together. 💫

A heartfelt thank you to Nosara English Programs for sharing this wonderful post—it was truly my pleasure to host the kids at María Moya Tennis Academy! 🎾 Inspired by that incredible day, I’ve been dreaming of taking this a step further: a year-round program with weekly tennis lessons for these amazing children. At the academy, we’re dedicated to nurturing not just skills, but also confidence, teamwork, and joy through sport. I’d love to dedicate my time and expertise to make this a reality, giving back to this beautiful Nosara community that means so much to me. While Thanksgiving Day is not a tradition in Costa Rica, it is being recognized more and more as a celebration to celebrate gratitude and thanks for all the good in our lives.

Nuestro programa de inglés para niños celebró otro final exitoso de nuestra sesión. ¡Gracias a Moya Tennis Academy por hacer posible esta oportunidad! María, sus estudiantes y maestros donaron su mañana para compartir su amor por el tenis con nuestros niños. ¡Qué experiencia tan divertida! Gracias a Terratour Nosara Shuttle & Tours por brindarnos transporte. Nuestra próxima sesión de clases para niños comenzará nuevamente la próxima semana en Edunámica Nosara. Envíenos un mensaje si su hijo desea unirse.

Our Kids English program celebrated another successful end to our session. Thanks to Moya Tennis Academy for making this opportunity happen! Maria, her students and teachers donated their morning to sharing their love of tennis with our kids! What a fun experience! Thanks to Terratour Nosara Shuttle & Tours for providing us transportation. Our next session of kids classes will be starting again next week at Edunámica Nosara.
