FREE Yoga on the Lawn 6/7 at 5:30pm!

Join us for First Fridays! Happening every first Friday May - October! We will have a beautiful outdoor practice (weather permitting) on the lawn right beside the studio!

Bring a mat or borrow one from us and join us for an outdoor flow suitable for all levels and then enjoy the festivities after!

Come out for some yoga, food, kids activities and tunes! Excited to see you there!
