The studio will be open only on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday during Semana Santa next week. Pool therapy, beach workouts and in-house sessions will be provided in the Playa Cocles & Chaquita area. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

We have just celebrated one year here in the Caribbean. We had a good time with everyone yesterday, and we wish all of the clients could have attended but we were all there in good spirit. Special thanks to all of you for your hard work and dedication. Cheers to us having another good year staying fit and feeling healthy.
