We explore physical interpretations of African dance, Bachata, Bollywood, Cha-cha-cha, Chakra energy, Cumbia, Disco, Freestyle, Hip-hop, House, New age release, Rhythmic movements, Rock & Roll and Yoga warming, etc. Together we will release energy and feel our vitality through the spirit of movement with music we love.
