6 big lobsters had a nice christmas today!
We found a ghost net so Chris and Rick dove it to recover it.
They where able to rescue 6 big lobsters 😁 while unfortunately a big Turtle and two 2 ft white tip sharks we found dead 😱😭🤬.

For rare encounters with some here uncommon fishes,
Southrock is THE PLACE
Bullseye ocellated electric ray (Diplobatis ommata)
Gorgona Guitarfish (Rhinobatos Prahli)
Round Stingray (Urolophus Halleri)

The encounter with big fishes is always breathtaking. If it's a rare Goliat grouper only 5 ft away hovering just in front of us, then it becomes pure magic. If only a few minutes after that a giant manta ray shows up, then magic turns in a unforgetable moment!
The video is not from today as i had (obviously...) no camera with me, but the clients had cameras so i hope i can post the real video from today.
This things happen when my 12 years of diving in Playa Herradura le me guess the right place!
