Yesterday’s “ fish trial “ after installing some upgrades . Hooked a black marlin but jumped off 5 minutes later , one mahi and one tuna . Also did some bottom fishing and hooked into some seamonster that spooled the reel . Just couldn’t stop whatever it was !

:Update on the covid19 here in Costa Rica :

Fish are biting like no tomorrow !! Inshore is on fire with snook and rooster fish and just 15 miles out we have a huge billfish Bite going on . Sailfish , blue marlin , mahi and tuna are immune to this virus ! Let’s bring some dinner home for th family!!

after some little modification while we have been landlocked, today was a fish trial not a sea trial 😂 🎣 . Bottom fished for dinner . Within our limit 😉👍🏻

The bosses first rooster fish & first Cubera a couple months back ! What a nice first rooster fish & that 26 lb Cubera was a nice check off the old Michael Erickson

Last years rockstar inshore classic tournament . Always got to have a good time , even when waiting for the fish to bite
😬😂.

Ended with 1st place in the inshore slam division !!
