The magic happens when we learn to trust ourselves more than we trust our fear.

Easier said than done.

I’m slowly making the transition away from short socials in order to devote more time to writing long form connective pieces over on Substack.

This is coming at a time when I am devoting more of my free time to writing my two books as well.

I have been telling stories and weaving life experiences into my workshops and facilitated experiences for over a decade.

I’m writing these books, and now this Substack to continue to spread the lessons I’ve learned that I know resonate with so many other souls, especially women walking the path on planet earth right now.

I’m on ’s launch team for her new book, *Bless & Release*, and I’m not gonna to stop talking about it (although the official launch date was June 9 and I have been running around networking like a mad woman in the last couple of days, and fell behind on the schedule!)

I’ve been reading her stuff for over a decade! I buy her books as gifts for the women in my life on the regular. She is a force, and when I met her in person a decade ago the congruence I felt in her presence and in the words she writes was profound. 🔥

is about letting go. The real way. Out now! And I already have a lot of feelings.

Who knew we had such flowers growing right in our backyard? 🌼

I have been traveling to the city to connect with like-minded, bad ass, spiritual female identifying solopreneurs.

And yet; yesterday I was reminded that the rural world here in Southwestern Ontario is littered with women like me! Building empires from home. Balancing babies and business.

Yesterday’s .ca was a brilliant display of our county’s biz bounty; there was learning, laughter, tears and Growth!

It was an honor to drop my web design knowledge inside my chat group mastermind session 🙏

I can’t wait for next year.

Have a pretty website? That’s great. If you’re not setting it up technically sound than you’re in big trouble!

JOKING. But as much as I love to teach Breathwork, hold space and coach spiritual, bad ass and bold business owners - I also love getting into the nitty gritty. Teaching the nerdy stuff.

And there’s nothing wrong with that! We are allowed to be both/ and and all of the things!

Who are you?
Do you remember why you started your business?

What was your WHY?

More importantly, is there some part of what you’re doing that is fulfilling a deeper purpose for your soul?

Could it be that you wanting to constantly redo your brand colors, messaging, offer suite, strategy - has less to do with your business and more to do with your nervous system not being able to expand beyond and into the next level version of you that’s waiting in the wings?

I don’t know the answers, but it’s all food for thought.

We’ve been taught that successful people pick one thing and stick with it forever.
But the most impactful leaders evolve.

I’ve gone from television director to wellness entrepreneur to Breathwork facilitator to brand strategist.
The thread wasn’t the job title.
The thread was me.

The Brand That Breathes gives people permission to evolve without feeling like they’re starting over.

Dude, this is all coming from inside the house 😂

And in all honesty, it’s hilarious because I do roll my eyes at this stuff while simultaneously participating in it.

The point is, that the tools and techniques aren’t the problem, but the dogma that often surrounds them - is.
