Hi! My name is Precha, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach 🥰 Also a vegan of 8 years. I've been helping men and women reach their fitness goals for the last 5 years, and now I am officially specializing in training menstruating women. In such a male focused industry, I really see a need for women to be given more attention. We are built completely differently than men, so let's stop acting like we can just train the same in the gym. Yes sure, we're doing the same movements and following similar if not the same principles like progressive overload and specific adaptation on imposed demand. However, we are very much affected by hormones that differ depending on which stage in our cycle we are in. Let's learn to work with it instead of against it. Follow me to learn more about the correlation between the menstrual stages and training!

Let's move away from the age of the Fitness industry being male biased! There has been a lack of focus on the understanding of a woman's menstrual cycle and how it affects our training in the gym. If we can learn to work with our bodies, we can maximize our potential, but first, let's really understand that women and men should be training different, because we are built different! God made our bodies to create life, which is a beautiful thing, let's flow with it instead of against it
