Monica Ospina Swim Academy Monica Ospina Swim Team and Swim Academy, brings over 24 years of experience in aquatics programs. With swim lessons for all ages and abilities and a Swim Team.

We work focus in the four legal strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Monica Ospina Swim Academy, founded in Colombia in 2003, brings over 24 years of experience in aquatics programs. With lessons tailored for babies, children, adults, individuals with special needs, and prenatal mothers, the academy's mission is to ensure safety in the water while inspiring each swimmer to realize their personal goals. The swim team program is focus in form athletes' and humans with values that in the future can apport in a positive way to the society, and introduce the children to the competitive swim world, focus in legally swim technique: the four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), and competitive Start progression based USA Swimming rules.
