Nuestros campesinos, nuestros niños, las familias que luchan cada día y el futuro de las próximas generaciones dependen de las decisiones que tomemos hoy. No existe un país tan hermoso, diverso y lleno de potencial como Colombia. Nuestro país lo tiene todo; solo necesita liderazgo, seguridad y oportunidades para prosperar. no es perfecto, porque perfecto solo es Dios. Pero representa la esperanza de millones de colombianos que soñamos con una patria más libre, segura y próspera.
Si aún no has votado, vota con el corazón, pensando en Colombia y en su futuro.

Hoy, por primera vez en mi vida, voté por un presidente. Y lo hice porque siento que hoy, más que nunca, es mi deber y mi responsabilidad como colombiana alzar mi voz y pensar en el futuro de nuestra patria.
Estas elecciones podrían ser una de las decisiones más importantes que tenemos como pueblo. Por eso me puse mi camiseta, recogí a mi mejor amiga y nos fuimos juntas a votar por la esperanza, por el cambio y por una Colombia libre. No por los mismos de siempre, que solo buscan el poder y se olvidan de la gente y del país.
Invito a todos mis amigos y compatriotas que no quieren continuar por el camino de Petro y su partido, a que nos unamos y votemos inteligentemente por el candidato que hoy tiene más posibilidades de enfrentar a la izquierda: . Dejemos el ego a un lado y pensemos en Colombia, en nuestra libertad y en el futuro de nuestros hijos.
A quienes todavía creen que la izquierda nos va a sacar del hueco en el que estamos, les recuerdo que ya tuvieron 4 años para demostrarlo. Hoy vemos más inseguridad, más división y más incertidumbre. Y sinceramente, no quiero que Colombia termine convertida en otra Venezuela.
No voy a entrar en debates ni discusiones. Esta es mi opinión, mi decisión y mi manera de ejercer mi derecho como ciudadana.
Bueno y no pudimos terminar esta jornada sin ir a comer comidita Colombiana que estaba deliciosa!
De la mano de Dios, espero que nuestra patria sea guiada por un hombre que realmente quiera sacarla adelante. Amén 🇨🇴 🇨🇴

Mañana votaré en Abu Dhabi por porque representa la Colombia que sueño y por la que muchos seguimos luchando, incluso desde la distancia.
Sueño con un país libre de violencia, libre del miedo y libre de quienes durante décadas han frenado nuestro progreso. Una Colombia donde las familias puedan caminar tranquilas por sus calles, donde los emprendedores tengan oportunidades para crear empresa, generar empleo y prosperar con el fruto de su trabajo honrado.
Sueño con una nación donde nuestros niños tengan acceso a una educación de calidad, sin importar su condición económica; donde la salud sea un derecho real y no un privilegio reservado para unos pocos; donde el esfuerzo, el mérito y la honestidad vuelvan a ser valores fundamentales.
Y sueño con que quienes vivimos fuera de nuestra tierra podamos algún día regresar a una Colombia más segura, más próspera y llena de oportunidades, para reencontrarnos con nuestras raíces y vivir nuestros últimos años en la patria que tanto amamos.
No necesito explicaciones ni debates en esta publicación. Respeto las decisiones de los demás y espero el mismo respeto para la mía.
Esta es mi convicción, esta es mi esperanza y esta es mi decisión.

Last week, another beautiful chapter of my life came to an end with Zumba Factory. ❤️

That studio gave me so many unforgettable memories, amazing classes, inspiring instructors, and most importantly, incredible people who became part of my journey. I will always be grateful for the love and support from the owners, my fellow instructors, and the loyalty of this wonderful community that has danced with me through the years.

Although the studio had to close its doors, life keeps moving forward and so do we. I’m very happy and grateful to share that I found a new home for my classes! ✨

From now on, I will continue teaching every Monday and Thursday at 8:30 AM at Ric Banks Dance Academy, Floor HC.

I can’t wait to keep dancing, sweating, laughing, and sharing this energy with all of you and these beautiful ladies by my side. My classes are open to all levels, so whether you are a beginner or already part of the fitness world, you are more than welcome to join us.

So happy to be back with my zumba toning classes after almost 6 months of not giving sessions, ( by the way the longest I have stopped in 15 years!) and few kilos on me 😬 My body needed it soooo much, specially my mind. It was also very special moment to see some of my ladies coming back to train with me, thank you so much for still trusting my skills and for your loyalty! If any one is interested to join us, we will be Mondays and Thursdays at at 9:30 am. I can promise, you will feel much better after each session! 🙏🏼 stay safe you all.

You take the noise out there and build a shield.

In uncertain times, I have chosen to come back to myself. Over the past month, I have been focusing on self-care, learning new things, rebuilding from within, and becoming stronger in both body and mind.

These 4 exercises have challenged me in the best way. They remind me that training is not about rushing. It is about control, precision, and being fully present in every movement.

Why I love these exercises:
• They work the full body
• They strengthen the core
• They improve balance, control, and posture
• They teach patience and discipline
• They help build both physical and mental strength

A reminder, especially for women over 40:
• Strength training is not just about appearance, it is about longevity
• Building muscle supports confidence, stability, and everyday movement
• A strong core supports better posture and body awareness
• Progress does not need to be fast to be powerful
• Starting small is still starting

My advice:
• Start with light dumbbells
• Focus on precision, not speed
• Put your mind into every rep
• Be consistent and let progress happen step by step

Try:
• 3 sets of 10 reps each
• Just these 4 exercises can be enough to challenge your whole body

This season is teaching me that even when life feels uncertain, we can still choose to rebuild, protect our peace, and grow stronger from the inside out.

I came to Dubai 26 years ago. When I first arrived in the UAE, it was still a small, quiet city, but something in me knew immediately: “this is home” Not just for me, but for my family too.

And even now, with everything happening, I still call it home with my whole heart. No matter what comes, I’ll stay strong. I have absolute faith that the government is handling the situation in the best possible way with wisdom, calm, and strength.

Yes, I will always be an expat here. But today, more than ever, I feel like this is “my”country too. And I stand with it.

To all my friends around the world: thank you for checking in, for the messages, for the love. Sending you a big hug. We are okay and we feel safe.

And I also want to say thank you to the UAE leadership for the incredible work you do, and for showing the world just how strong and prepared this country is in moments like these.
