Green Grass Studios partnered with Caddis on Heartis Buckhead, an 18-story luxury senior living tower in one of Atlanta’s most desirable neighborhoods, using visual storytelling to help market the community before opening. Our team created cinematic imagery and a film capturing not just the architecture, but the lifestyle, elevated design, vibrant gathering spaces, and urban walkability.

Caddis remarked: “They didn’t just showcase the space, they told a story that made you feel what it’s like to live there. The result was more than a marketing piece; it was an invitation to a lifestyle.”

Bee-inspired design elements nod to the hive-like energy of this South Denver space, creating a homey vibe.
