I was invited to lead a self-love healing session for leaders in the beauty sector in China. After four years affected by the pandemic, it’s my first return to the Chinese market. This time, rather than specifically conducting training sessions on leadership, I was invited to speak about focusing on self-care and healing. It’s a new endeavor for both my client and myself. Attendees gathered seeking a new model of business collaboration, and the ‘healing field’ represents a fresh opportunity for breakthrough in the success of their businesses. It’s been a lovely and refreshing experience for me working in this new style. With another 3-day workshop ahead, let’s see what new and enjoyable experiences life will bring for both the attendees and me.

Though I’ve never had children of my own, my heart is overflowing with love for all of my nieces and nephews. It’s been a joy to witness Bella grow from the moment she entered this world, and this year, we celebrated her 5th birthday surrounded by our family. As we gathered, Bella’s dad expressed how cherished she is. It fills me with warmth to know that our love surrounds her. If she feels embraced by our love and knows she’s always valued just as she is, then we’ve given her the most precious gift—one that will nurture her self-confidence, self-love, and self-esteem throughout her life’s journey. Happy birthday, Bella! 💜💝

I’ve been taking a much-needed break and enjoying some quality time with family and myself 💝🤍 There’s nothing quite like cozying up with a thrilling book during the holidays, especially one that’s a favorite genre of mine. Absolutely get that! People can be quick to judge, right? So, today, this almost-stranger throws shade at my coaching skills. At first, I’m like, “Seriously?” But then, I remember this mindfulness thing I’ve been practicing. Started digging into my needs and the judgments bouncing around in my head. Crazy how compassion just kicks in when you see where they’re coming from.

Trust becomes the big buzzword, highlighting the gap between us. His opinions? Total projections. High-five to me for not letting it mess with my vibe. The whole mindful thing really hits home – Compassionate Communication, the real MVP.

I’m good with my new friend; he’s barely scratched the surface of what I’ve done. And guess what? I’m giving myself some serious props for the effort I’ve put in. Freedom vibes – no need for anyone’s approval. Just me, chilling, keeping it real with this person.

1. Kick off your morning with a quick mindfulness sesh. Just observe those thoughts, no judgment! Let’s set those positive vibes. 🤍

2. Live Your Values: Pick one action that aligns with your core values. Speak your feelings and needs - keep it real throughout the day. Let’s embrace that authenticity! 💟

3. Defuse & Empathize: When the negativity hits, take a mini-break to defuse. And in your daily convos, crank up the empathy - understand where others are coming from. ⭐️

Travel, for me, is more than a journey; it’s a healing odyssey through uncertainties, sculpting my resilience. Picture this: navigating unknown territories, cancellations in a foreign country triggering inconvenient, angry, anxious waves – yet, magically transforming into excitement, courage, turning me into a warrior of my own life. Each adventure widens my perspectives, shaping my ability to adapt to life’s uncertainties.

Now, let’s talk about the shared fear we all grapple with – uncertainty. Adjusting, adapting, and embracing mindfulness help soften its edges. Seeking solutions becomes our guiding light. In the face of breakup, divorce, or career upheavals, allow yourself to feel and be kind. Remember, uncertainty is a constant companion on life’s dance floor. Give yourself the time, and you’ll find your way through.

Now, to turn those fears into a dance of excitement, here are two heartfelt tips:

1. Sprinkle your daily routine with experimentation. Try that different cafe beverage or dip your toes into unexplored activities – start small, and watch the magic unfold.

2. Embrace your emotions as signals for adventure. Declare boldly, ‘I am feeling adventurous. I know I’m safe.’ Confront anxiety, affirm your inner strength, saying, ‘I can face this uncertainty. I have the power.’

Take these oral cues, try them out, share your journey, and may your Sunday be filled with warmth and self-discovery!”
