「內在樂章」是Yoga Light 2025年度的優惠主題。今年，我們特別為大家獻上私人課程優惠。

私人瑜伽課最珍貴之處，在於我們能安靜下來，細細地聆聽身體。循著老師悉心的指引，讓身體隨呼吸自然流動；更重要的是，練習中的任何細微感受或困惑，都能在此與導師交流，一一找到答案。

私人課程優惠詳情：
一對一私人課程，共三節課，每節60分鐘，有效期為兩個月。

優惠細則：
* 首節課程須於2026年3月31日前使用。
* 課程計劃有效期為兩個月（自第一節課當日起計）。

“Inner Movement” is the featured theme of Yoga Light for 2025. This year, we are please to present a special limited-time offer for our private sessions.

The most precious aspect of private yoga is the space it creates to quiet the noise and tune in to your body. In a private session, you follow a thoughtful sequencing where movement transforms and flows with your breath. This intimate setting ensures that every subtle sensation or doubt is addressed through direct dialogue, helping you find clarity in your practice.

Offer Details:
One-on-one Private Sessions consists of three 60-min classes, which is valid for 2 months.

Terms & Conditions
* The first session must be used by 31 March 2026.
* The 3-class package is valid for two months( starting from the date of your first session.
