About the trainer, Coach Percy:
Percy — a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine with a Master’s in Applied Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in Human Physiology from Boston University. I’ve coached world-class professional boxers, Olympic sport athletes at Boston College, and everyday gym-goers alike — and I’ve conducted real metabolic testing, force plate analysis, and performance programming in both clinical and high-performance settings.
This workshop is built on the same evidence-based tools I use with athletes every day — VO₂max training, running economy, and strength & conditioning — delivered in a way that’s practical, clear, and immediately actionable, no matter your level. I’m also trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, so feel free to ask questions in the language you’re most comfortable with. Let’s get to work!
