How old can you ride a bicycle?
Bicycle is a sport that can adhere to a lifetime, small damage to the joints, and is very friendly to the elderly. In the circle of cycling, there are many elderly people who can still ride very smoothly.
Robert Malchamps, born in 1911, is a short French, with a height of only 1.5 meters. Young Malsan was once a bicycle athlete, but his coach persuaded him to abandon his bicycle motion because of his height problem. The coach thought that height would affect his performance. Malshan gave up the sport very well.
It was not until 1979 that Malshan returned to the bicycle movement and obtained many extraordinary feats.
In 1992, the 81 -year -old Malsan rode a bicycle from Paris to Moscow. In 2012, Maltan, 101, completed an hour of personal time race at a rate of 24.25. In 2014, he raised this record to 26.92 Kilometers/h. In 2017, Mal still rode 22.54 kilometers within an hour. He was also identified by Guinness as the oldest competitive bicycle in the world. At the age of 107, Malsan rode 20 kilometers to celebrate his 107th birthday.
After his 108th birthday, Mal still did not ride a bicycle outdoors due to the loss of hearing, but still rode a bicycle at home.
By 2021, 109 -year -old Malsan was sent to a nursing agency in the suburbs of France to die. A few months before his death, Malsan insisted on riding a table for 20 minutes.
In the second half of Malchang's life, it is the true portrayal of many riders -self -discipline. Go to bed early and get up early every day, insist on riding a bike, exercise at home in bad weather, and use cycling as a bicycle as part of your own life.
In addition, Malchang's life is basically spent on the road vehicle, so age is not a factor that hinders you riding a roadbike.
