Whilst we are all understandably turning to sweet and tasty food to give comfort, during this lockdown, we are here to make sure you are set once we go back to normal and the realities of life. ☺️
So who is EMS suitable for?
1. Busy professionals - Those who, for various reasons, cannot spend a lot of time at the gym and would like to effectively use the limited amount of time to obtain the best results possible. A 45-minute EMS workout is equal to a 240-minute regular fitness training.
2. Super Moms - Motherhood is not to be taken lightly as it demands a lot of your attention, patience, and time. Trying to shed those couple of pounds off and engaging in a time-consuming workout is the last thing on their to-do list. EMS training is body and joint-friendly, so you will not have to worry about the intense effects of working out after giving birth.
EMS also helps with the reduction of cellulite from weight gain as a bonus.😉
3. Individuals who also require coach-client care and support - our classes are small and exclusive with a maximum of 5 attendees. It's a great middle-ground between coaches giving personal attention and the fun and competitive atmosphere of group classes.
If you are one of the above and want to try something new, or you simply want to kick start your health-journey with us, head to our bio and check out how you can be up to date and ready to start your EMS classes again!
In the meantime, stay safe.
