A drinking club with a Running problem. Meet every Thursday at 18.45 set off 19.00 Runs around 7-12km walking traill available. Run Circle 30rmb Run, Circle and Bash 120rmb.

The dogs are enlightened hash. The last time dogs entered this part of town they got disorientated. Despite very clear and obvious marks the pack were fu***ng blind and ended up cowering like little puppies. With the dogs’ only chance of savior, search and rescue dog, on the walking trail disaster ensued. This time, due to popular demand and necessity, the hare will es**rt the running pack. It is the hare’s birthday so attendance is expected.

Run 729 Family and Memorial (Tomb Sweeping) Run
Honour your ancestors run. Yes it’s tomb sweeping festival on Thursday, and as such the Distinguished Overseas Gentlemen of Shanghai (DOGS) will be opening their hallowed halls to all and sundry. Your hare, MCD, will be setting a fantastic run through the graveyards and parks of Xujiahui, followed by a traditional Mongolian feast in a rooftop yurt 􀀀. Men women and children are all invited to this annual family day run.
