A Special Hun Yuan Zhuang (Standing Meditaion)
When you practice it, hold your whole body as if you are hugging a big ball. Although there is no real ball, after you stand still for some days, you will feel you hold a real ball. The spaces around you is the Sky, and the ground under your feet is the Earth. This training can help you to borrow the Qi or Energy from the Sky and the Earth, your own inner energy naturally grows, and your body becomes lighter and more sensitive.

The hottest days of summer are the best time for practice. During the training in this time, your body sweats the most. Sweating helps push out deep toxins and hidden illnesses from your body. So this is the best season to cleanse and heal.

If you keep practicing for a long time, your energy will flow smoothly, your mood will be happy, your mind will become clear, and your wisdom will grow. In the end, you will enjoy good health, a long life, and peace in both body and mind.
