There is old phrase saying,Less is more.

When you are before a ancient statue it is not so hard to understand it The less it wears, the more attractive or famous it may be,such as the thinker and the Venus.

Less people stand up on his bike toward the destination,the more bend down.The top winner’s posture show us that he is absolutely confident.I always think about how to let more of them feels the same during a training.

My son is crazy about triathlon game before a screen.But I don’t think it is a good habit. What do you like James,He asked me one day.Well,just enthusiasm for the cycling.I said.

As sales I was not so successful in the past years.I kept doing the longest term jobs in my company and had few achievement,So many failures sales made me so frustrated, till one day my daughter shows me her drawings of a cycle---So simple and lovely.She told me that is me who is riding on a bike without a seat.Just like my daily life,I was always the most busy man in the family.Very little time with my family .

Dad,I want take a ride together with you just like the way in the picture It can save your time.It is one of my dream.Yes my dear I can make your dream to reality,I said.So I did it

I was working for her dream, for my family's and for my customers day by day,month by month. Question is what is exactly my own dream...Lost..

Perhaps that the bicycle is a bridge to my dreams.So I start up to have the unique machine in the market--Elliptical bike done.

I saw few and few people joined the age triathlon.It is because of the decline of passion that we give it up.No I don't think so.A photographer take the following picture There is another female

I admire them and I think about the issue of myself that A long high tension of cycling and Marathon may improve my performance in short term but also shorten my athletic life because of the wear of my knee joint.

I follows my doctor to do some rehabilitative exercises for a break ,and after I encounter the same issue till I find a newest way--Outdoor Elliptical bike

It save my time and knees during my training.Beside the swimming I finish the cycling and running at one time.
