Leewards iSUP manufactory advantages:
(1). Use automatic cutting machine to cut raw materials, which improves the accuracy and efficiency,
(2). Invent new automatic inflate&deflate machine which makes 28psi over pressure air test for 3 products at one time in our laboratory
(3). Full air control system to control the temperature, ventilation&humidity of the workshop to ensure product quality stability
(4). Use Laser QC machine with 6 sensors to automatically inspect each board on twisting, rocker, board size and record all datas with serial in the computer for future track.
(5). Inflatable products manufactured are TUV certificated and factory is approved by GMP, ISO, SGS, BSCI and UL audit etc
(6). Production space is 16000㎡ which allows more space on the logistics and inventory of finished products
(7). Double layer construction, fused DS and Woven DS are all available as raw materials per customer’s requirements on the specs and varieties of high end accessories are supplied.
(8). Quick turn round on sampling and mass production
(9). Annual production capacity is 120,000 boards each factory.(BTY: We have two iSUP manufactories,One located in Jiashan city/Zhejiang province, and another factory located in Haian city/Jiangsu province.)
