When Fates Collide: This weekend we had 3 generations of CrossFit L1 Seminar staff coming together. In 2009, Chuck was a trainer on my first L1, then in 2014 I was a trainer on Liang's first L1. This weekend we all worked together at Liang's Box in Hangzhao China teaching CrossFit to the next generation of trainers.
