Last Year, I helped a Client 2x his income in his side business.

While working his 9-5 job. Here's how:

Step 1: Identify his highest-paying clients
Step 2: Provide his highest-paid service
Step 3: Keep Clients Happy

On paper, this looks easy.

So here's everything else that happened to get to that point:

A few years ago, This Client reached out to me after a speech I gave.

(Let's call him Mike)

After a few sessions, he was clear about:

-> The lifestyle he wants to lead and why
-> How much money he need to sustain it
-> What value he can exchange to create it

But Mike felt tired from his 9-5 job and feared not having time and energy to do a good job.

Due to Poor energy management, he shared;

"I'm already so tired throughout the day"

This manifested in:

-> Drinking more caffeine making it hard to sleep
-> Hangovers that last longer than they should

I help Mike audit his schedule and create simple energy routines.

Certainty is the Enemy of Growth.

90% of founders will resist change because they fear the unknown.

We want guaranteed results, proven formulas, assured success.

But certainty can be dangerous. It breeds complacency. Stifles creativity. Lulls us into a false confidence that prevents critical thinking and growth.

When we think we have it all figured out is precisely when we stop questioning, taking risks, and innovating. Why change what seems to work?

But the world is uncertain. Technology, consumer preferences, the economy - everything evolves unpredictably. What succeeded yesterday might fail tomorrow.

Clinging to certainty creates habits and assumptions that blind us over time. We lose touch with reality. Fail to see threats on the horizon.

Before we know it, the disruptors have surpassed us.

The game has changed but we're still playing by the old rules. Our certainty has become our undoing.

Instead, we must get comfortable with uncertainty. Stay curious. Never assume we have all the answers or that anything is guaranteed.

Strive for clarity of vision paired with the agility to constantly adapt. Seek truth, not blind conviction.

Uncertainty keeps us attentive, humble, and ready to change course. It is the prerequisite for creativity, breakthroughs and staying ahead of the competition.

Sure, an unpredictable path is scarier. Butrecognize that certainty is often an illusion. And a far more dangerous one than uncertainty.

Lean into exploratory thinking and undefined possibilities. It is there, not in rigid convictions, that true, enduring growth happens.

My hearts been heavy for the last few days and I can’t hold this any longer.

I’m not even even qualified to be speaking on this but….

It’s saddening what’s happening in Gaza today.

Palistine vs Israel ?
Arabs vs Jews ?

No this is Good Vs Evil. People kill people and for what?

It’s easy to have an opinion looking in from the outside and heck

If I was on either side of this battle I would want to eliminate my enemies as well.

But the truth is the only winner here is Death The Devil/ Lucifer or what ever name you give him in your faith.

You may not have the power to end years of truama however you can join me in a silent pray for those who’s suffering at the hands of Evil.

This Was 🤯

Dreams do come true, as long as you are willing to do the work to become the person worthy of.

I'm super honored to have shared the TEDxAEBS stage with Olivia Plotnick, Scott 庞国治, Pablo Rabadán Cordón, and more.

Big Shout out to Pranav, Ella, Diandre, and the rest of the team for making this into a reality. You guys really inspired me and If I'm honest your teamwork and passion for what you do was the biggest highlight for me.

What most people didn't know was that leading up to my speech I was quite nervous however Omar Mahdy and Dasol Kim kept me focused on what was important.

I can still hear their voice in my head; "You've done this many times and even if you mess up that audience won't know anyway" ❤️

Now I don't have natural speaking abilities and I take pride in studying and learning from good teachers. One of those teachers is Vinh Giang and most of what he taught me this year was shown on the stage yesterday. Thank you for being awesome Vinh.

My Speaking goal this year wasn't to speak at a TEDx Event, it was to model Simon Sinek's speaking style However this will do. 😂

My journey as a speaker has only just begun and I'm even more committed to Mastering my craft so that I can be understood.

As Olivia Plotnick emphasized in her Speech "It’s not what you say it’s how other people understand you."

Now if you have read all the way to the end it means that you are a part of the 1% because you are the kind of person who finishes what you start.

If you know me well, you know I'm not one to leave life to chance.

I firmly believe that we are the architects of our destinies and the fearless captains of our own ships! 🌊

Back in my Masters' first semester, I set sail with a clear goal in mind:

"to connect and learn from the five most brilliant minds in the program. I even wrote their names on a piece of paper, like a sacred crew list."

Guess what?

Life had some thrilling surprises in store! One of them became more than just a fellow sailor; they became my life partner! 🌹

And oh, the other one, with all his quirky ways, became my go-to for the most mind-blowing conversations. Life is full of treasures like these!

Sure, not all the five names on my list turned out to be a perfect match, but that's the beauty of the journey! 🚢

So, why am I sharing this tale with you?

Because, just like me, you are the architects of your own lives, and you steer the course of your ship!

It's crucial to be intentional about your decisions and choices. Life's like the vast sea, and if you don't chart your course, the currents might sweep you away.

Let’s talk about the difference between serving and helping.

Sure, helping people is great, but if you really want to crush it as a coach or expert, it’s time to shift your mindset from “helping” to “serving.”

That means thinking about your coaching practice like a business!

Think about it: A business exists to solve a problem in the market and get rewarded for it.

And you deserve to be rewarded for your amazing skills and expertise, right?

I know you want to help as many people as possible (and that’s awesome),

but the truth is, “serving everyone serves no one.” So, let’s get strategic and start thinking like a boss.
