Mamma and daddy I love you........
Football, at my age, is a playful, formative stage in which I want you to accompany me.
But I want to have the freedom to find myself! You must support me on this path. I am learning the value of things, living the illusion of my favorite sport: football. Let me overcome adversity on my own and respect my process of formation. I would love to be a professional football player, but if I don't, there will be no problem. I take pleasure in playing sports and playing with my friends as long as I can, and I count on you to be my support in this stage of education and training.
Lastly, you should know that, despite all that I am writing to you in this letter, football and you ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN MY LIFE and so, I want you to continue to be. But I want above all to be my father and my mother, not my coach.

However, it is above all at the mental (or motivational) level to give them the freedom to experience by them selves to assume and to insist, in all situations.
Explain them, that after error comes success, if we work on the error...like everything in life.
