A year ago, I picked up a camera with nothing but faith and a story to tell.

No big budget. No industry connections. Just a burning conviction that this film needed to exist.

There were nights I edit the script alone in the dark, wondering if anyone would ever see this.

Today I can finally say they will.

June 30 is my birthday, And the greatest gift I could ever give myself is letting this film go into your hands, your screens, your hearts.

I didn’t make this for fame.
I made it because some stories are too important to stay silent. This is mine

Today I’m stepping out of the shadows and into the light and this post is already part of that journey.

I just joined a 30-Day Personal Growth Challenge by RisingRoots Africa and one of my first commitments was to stop being invisible. So here I am. Showing up. For real this time.

And I’m showing up with something BIG.

My first film THE LAST RITE drops on June 30, 2026.

That date is not random. It’s my birthday.

So instead of cake and gifts, here’s what I’m asking from every person who has ever believed in me, prayed for me, or watched me work behind the scenes for years:

My birthday goal is simple:
1,000 subscribers. 10,000 views. By June 30.

This film is not just a movie. It’s a testimony. It’s years of faith, sacrifice, and midnight editing sessions poured into one screen.

The challenge I joined asks me to become visible. Well, consider this my first step.

In 2026, I’m choosing to learn beyond film, to expand my worldview, and to engage with opportunities that sharpen purpose and impact. That’s why I’ll be attending this Volunteering & Global Opportunities session with First.
