Grey Paradise Elderly Care Foundation Recreational and daycare centre for Elderly persons. We also provide home care services for Older persons. Grey represents the Grey hair associated with ageing.

Geriatric assessments, outreach programs, counselling, physical exercise, therapy and other support services. Paradise is the feeling that beneficiaries of the service are envisioned to experience Grey Paradise Elderly Care Foundation is an organization which seeks to build a world where elderly lives matter; where Senior citizens can be recognized as important society pioneers and appreciated for

their efforts through special attention directed toward their wellbeing. All these would be achieved through health prevention, promotion, psychosocial support, educational and empowerment programs. Grey paradise elderly care foundation is concerned with providing elderly care, advocating for senior citizens' rights and tackling geriatric issues. One way it's doing this is via the Grey Paradise social and health clubs for the elderly persons. This is its first project. Just like the name sounds, social and health activities include health education, assessment and monitoring, physical exercise, relaxation and meditation, counselling, fun and leisure and exciting games as well as massage therapy. This is a lifestyle program which operates in sessions of 3 hours per session.
