In Chile we paddle on massive rivers of difficulty WW III-IV. We usually stay 2 days on the same river. For example:

Fuy WW III-IV
San Pedro WW III-IV

Truful WW IV
Maichin WW IV
Petrohue III+

Depending on water levels and other conditions, the rivers actually paddled on our trip may differ from those listed above
