PROCEDURE:
FOR TTO NIGERIAN BONNY WATERS /GHANA WATERS NOR TO HARBOUR MASTER NAIRA TRANSACTION.
1) The Seller sends SPA for Buyer to countersign and seal and return with valid Nor format with inspection terms details and photo Ids that parties Exchange copies via facsimile or electron mail, the electronically transmitted copy.
Signed and sealed SPA by both parties shall be considered legally binding and enforceable.
2) Buyer and Seller deposit the signed SPA to their individual Banks.
3) Buyer returns signed SPA together with ATB announcement/ Nor Format Super Cargo and inspectors details with photo ids,.
4) Upon this, Seller captain issued NOR/ETA to the harbour master and copy all email in the format. Buyer verified and confirm authenticity of issued Nor. Upon confirmation of the Nor by the harbour master/buyer.
*After confirmation of NOR, Buyer can raise N100m draft for logistics*

5) Buyer will make some logistics payment before announcement
6) Seller instruct the vessel at Nigeria Bonny water/Ghana tema water to make announcement in the name of the buyer and board super cargo and inspector to confirm the product and issue attestation copy signed by captain and buyer super cargo.
while super cargo remain on board, inspector disembarks with samples for QNQ analysis.
7) Inspector releases QNQ report to both parties. Upon buyer and sellers confirming positive report of QNQ buyer bank immediately issue MT 103 for balance payment of entire cargo to sellers nominated account
8) Buyer pay commission to all parties including facilitator/agents and brokers as per IMFPA.
9) Seller hands over the cargo and shipping document listed below in buyer name and buyer recharter vessel and sail to POD.
