START WITH THE FUNDAMENTALS!🔥

The Red Program should focus on developing 3 progressive skill levels!

Each with specific goals and competencies.

1️⃣First: You’ll need to focus in de FUNdamentals🎾

2️⃣Next: The attention must be on the Basic play

3️⃣Finally: The players need to learn how to play with consistent precision.

💥🔥 If all of the above is mastered, then the kids are ready for the ORANGE program👌

Have you ever tried to implement stretching into your lesson planing???

How’d it go/how’s it going?

Here comes the “I don’t think that it’s necessary” and our answer is:

1️⃣First, You have to understand that there is more about it than you think!

2️⃣Next, Having a 5 min block every lesson brings the following benefits:

- improves the performance in physical activities!

- can be used as an ritual to start/end the lesson!

🔥Stretching is a fundamental part of our lesson plan since the beginning. When will you start with it???

How much rest do you schedule into your lesson planning?🥳

We usually plan a break every 20min. Those breaks are the perfect opportunity for the kids to reset and rest.

After the little 2 min break the kids immediately have more focus and energy for the next exercise!🥳

Louis Cayer was here! What a sensational day on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021. 🎾🥳

He held a coaching seminar for 16 coaches of NRGTENNIS, and it was world-class. We had a chance to learn from the huge experience of Louis, a coach of world-class players and a speaker at the best coaching seminars in the world. 🔥

Louis is the coach in doubles and has many of the #1 players in doubles like Jamie Murray and Daniel Nestor. He has coached British Davis Cup and Federation Cup teams, winning the Davis Cup in 2015. His players were in the finals in men’s and mixed doubles at the US Open 2021, and Joe Salisbury won both events. 🏆👏

Congratulations to our men's team from TC Born who moved up into the 1st league, congratulations also to our women's team from TC Zofingen who will be playing in the national league C next year. 👏🎉

There was a lot of fighting, passion and energy on the courts. You brought home some crucial victories. 💪🔥

Over 100 kids and juniors had a lot of fun in our 4 camps this summer. 💯🎾 Using the NRGCONCEPT made it easy to have all the lessons planed. 🎉

So the focus could be on the energy (NRG) and the fun! 🙌
