Learning new tricks at 51 means...

More crashes. More sore muscles. More physio appointments.

But it also means more progress, more lessons, and more moments that remind me why I started in the first place.

Still learning. Still pushing. Still having fun. 🤘😅

Skiing gave me so much more than just a sport.

It gave me friendships, adventures, confidence, unforgettable memories, and a lifetime of learning.

It taught me how to deal with fear, how to get back up after falling, and how to keep moving forward no matter what.

Looking back, I'm grateful for every turn, every challenge, and every moment spent in the mountains.

This is the point where excitement and fear meet.

Between airbag sessions, trampoline training, work, early mornings and long drives, there are moments that remind us why we keep going.

The mountains have been our playground, our classroom and sometimes our escape for many years.

Not every day is about learning a new trick. Sometimes it's just about stopping for a moment and appreciating where this journey takes us.

Being a ski instructor gave me so much more than just a job.

It gave me unforgettable places, amazing people, lifelong friendships, and experiences I never could have imagined.

It taught me patience, resilience, and how to keep learning no matter my age.

Most of all, it gave me a life connected to the mountains and the opportunity to share my passion every single day.

And honestly... I wouldn't trade it for anything.
