So we are less than 24 hours away from the 24 hour run. Starting at 6pm tomorrow Edward Brown Jamie Young and myself will try and run for 24 hours here in Zermatt.

Please please get them runners laced and join in for a few river laps. Or give abuse from snowboard or Zermatt kitchen.

If anyone brings any fancy dress I’ll get it donned after 3pm on the Sunday to finish on a bang.

Time to do something way beyond my capabilities again. A lot of people know but my dad has been suffering with cancer for a few years now and Rosemere Cancer Foundation have been incredible.

I am doing a 24h continuous run to raise some money for this fantastic organization.
