On 19 December, the ISL returns to the London Aquatics Centre for the All-Star Match: one evening of racing, four teams and 96 athletes.

Across each race, every result will contribute to the team score, with 12 men and 12 women racing for each team.

For three seasons, ISL competition was built around clubs. This time it’s different. For one night only, the United States, Commonwealth, Europe and Intercontinental will race under four new banners. A uniquely dynamic and intense format keeps the action moving from start to finish, with the entire match completed inside two hours.
