Join Patricia Bently M.Ed., a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, for a special master class for women. This 75-minute class is designed to help you strengthen your core connection, improve pelvic floor function, and feel more supported from within.
Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from our center. Through targeted Pilates exercises, somatic movement, and breathwork, Patricia will guide you through principles that support, restore, and strengthen the core, including the pelvic floor.
