After running a successful Health business in London for 5 years I have recently expanded to Zurich. I do private personal training and pilates sessions as well as small group classes in your home or local park/out door area or in my home studio. I am experienced in areas such as:

BSc Biomedical Sciences and Physiology (King's College London)
Diploma in Nutrition (King's College London)
Level 3 Personal Trainer (fully insured)
Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor
Pre and Post natal training extension
Pre and post Natal Pilates extension
Lower Back injury extension
