My wonderful client, Natalia.
How did we get there in such a short period of time? ( 3 month and -7kg).
We worked together 2 times a week at the gym, building her strength and increasing her muscle mass.
We always incorporate Cardio during the sessions ( she loves Boxing !), and i helped her with her diet, choosing the right food and portions.
She never skipped a training and stay commited, the result is there and she is already enjoying her new body, and on the top of that she feels she has more energy than never and her mood increased tremendously!

Yes you will have to sweat.
Yes you will have to reduce alcohol, sugar and oxidative stress.
Yes you will have to use my breathing techniques and to do your homework everyday.
