The TRX 🔥 one of our favourite things to use during our training sessions! We love how the TRX can be used anywhere and at any time. Simple to use, adjustable to any level and perfect for a whole body training it's our go to in our personal trainings sessions in- and outdoors, at our studio or at your chosen training spot.

Last week's BRING YOUR OWN GROUP was especially focused on movements for a strong and healthy back. Looking at this snapshot it looks like a lot of fun, right? And of course the nice sunny weather was a great little plus on top. 😎
