Running around Lake Zurich or a refreshing swim? ☀️
With temperatures like these, there's no shame in choosing the lake. 🥵
If you do head out for a run, make it an early morning or late evening one. Take it easy, stay hydrated and listen to your body. And if today turns into a swim, an ice cream 🍦 and a relaxed summer day instead... that's perfectly fine too.
The kilometers will still be there when the temperatures drop again.
