The holidays are coming up, and with the holidays come all the temptations, like eating a lot, alcohol, late nights. And still, it's important not to overdo it too much, so that you maintain your health despite the many temptations, but also the many beautiful moments.
And now you can choose whether you want to start the next year with a lower energy, a lower frequency, perhaps even waking up with a hangover on January 1st. And to make it easier for you not to start the new year with a lower frequency and feeling a bit worn out, we've brought the New Year Starter back to life.
The New Year Starter is something we used to do quite regularly until about 10 years ago, always on January 1st. 0900 am. It's an hour-long workout that is actually for all fitness levels to participate in. It's about coming together, having a good hour, sweating, and simply starting the new year well.
If you're interested in joining, you'll probably have to be relatively quick. You can sign up seven days in advance. There are 50 spots available, but I assume they will be booked up relatively quickly.
In that sense, I wish you happy holidays. Enjoy it, don't overdo it, and hopefully, see you on January 1st for the New Year Starter."
