The BJJ Lab Zürich welcomes everyone interested in Grappling for a trial class and is also open to everyone who likes to drop in and train with us, no matter which team you represent

We’re excited to welcome Espen Mathiesen back to BJJ Lab Zürich for a two-day seminar on September 19–20.

This time, both days will focus on guard passing. Espen will share his approach on how to pass strong and flexible guards.

He is one of our most consistent in the lunch class crew. He has spent a lot of time studying and drilling the advanced curriculum and has leveled up a lot in the process.

Annaïs got her brown belt! Even with a very demanding job as a doctor, she still puts a lot of time and effort into the sport and competes successfully at the highest level. Well deserved!

🥇for Alex at the IBJJF Munich Open in the master 2 brown belt feather weight division. He went to a lower age group to challenge himself against younger opponents, showed some beautiful jiu jitsu in his matches and took home the gold medal. Amazing performance!
