Maximizing Your Potential with the Power of Incremental Growth
🚀 A Journey of Transformation 🚀

In my tech-related classes, I frequently delve into two driving forces that push the 🌐 toward digitalization.

1️⃣ Moore's Law - "The Exponential Growth of Computing Power"
2️⃣ Metcalfe's Law - "The Network Effect"

These two laws beautifully illustrate the deceptive nature of small beginnings. The first few steps might not seem like much, but when you persist, a compound effect occurs. 📈

Today is the last opus of my Digital Transformation course for 2023. This moment is truly inspiring to me because a year ago, I was sitting in the very same room, attending a career development program, asking myself
"What do I really want to do with my life?"

Two things were very clear to me at that time:

1️⃣ My passion for human psychology and technology.
2️⃣ My dissatisfaction with purposeless jobs.

Having dedicated over 20y to the tech industry and concurrently nurturing a coaching business as a hobby for 9y. I felt like I was living my life part-time. The problem wasn't so much what I was doing but how l was doing it. I wasn't fully leveraging my unique talents daily. I was using my skill sets only part-time and spending the rest of my time poorly attempting to use someone else's talents, ultimately living someone else's life.

Upon completing this training program at InnoPark Suisse SA, I noticed a missing element concerning the future of work. I approached my colleagues to gauge their interest in my summarization of the program from the perspective of the technological leap the world is experiencing. And just like that, "Digital Transformation: Adapting to Rapid Change" was born.

Today, 122 leaders attended this course in this training center alone, and several other courses have come into existence 🤗 , such as:

In 2013 Dr Demartini released a book called "The Value Factor" where he demonstrated through 40+ years of research the difference between outward Motivation and inward Inspiration.

Gaining awareness of what you value the most, what is your top priority, what is the most important thing for you. Based on what your life demonstrates instead of what you wish it to be gives you an enormous competitive advantage.

Today is Day 2 of my Digital Transformation Intro course and thanks to the great team at InnoPark Suisse SA this class was not only available for those who could make it to the classroom but also broadcast online for those who could not.

Once again we cover a lot of topics with the main goal of understanding how technological innovations are successfully getting implemented for businesses to thrive and solve meaningful problems.

Although new technologies are often in the spotlight nothing ever gets done in a business without attracting and retaining the right talents.

One of the best ways to do so is to have a clear MTP (Massive Transformative Purpose) not just a mission and vision, but a clear purpose that speaks clearly to what you are attempting to achieve.
So that people inside and outside of your company feel inspired to contribute to this cause, simply because this resonates with the core of who they are in this unique journey we call life.

I love teaching it is really fun and truly inspiring. A few years ago one of my mentors told me that a teacher is nothing but an eternal student.

This is so true😅!!!

I love walking into a classroom knowing that whether I am hosting or attending I will learn something new 👍🏿😁.

So this morning I was inspired to walk into InnoPark Suisse SA classroom and share my experience with leaders from diverse backgrounds such as Finance, Pharma, IT, Digital marketing, or Fashion.
