Atos Jiu Jitsu, Zurich’s premier youth grappling and Brazilian JiuJitsu development academy.

We are a year round elite youth grappling academy with integrated wrestling, athletic development, and family focused culture.

Most martial arts schools teach techniques.

At Atos Jiu Jitsu Zürich, we develop young athletes.

Our students don’t just learn Jiu Jitsu.

Our youth athletes have earned medals at the IBJJF European Championships, Pan Kids, Abu Dhabi World Pro, and ADCC Trials events, while 10 athletes have been invited into the Swiss National Team development pathway.

Our summer schedule keeps the mats active all season long.

A strong mindset is not something that comes natural to most people.

The early morning when you don’t want to train. The loss you have to walk away from with your head up. The doubt you choose not to listen to.

These sessions are designed to complement our All Belts and Advanced Classes with additional focused training, conditioning, wrestling, and competition, specific preparation.

This program is for dedicated athletes committed to improving their mindset, pace, conditioning, and overall competition performance.

At Atos Zurich, we proudly celebrate the promotion of our young warriors

Here, we don’t just promote belts we promote heart, resilience, and potential.

Some of these kids are already at the top of their level, others are just beginning their journey in a new belt.

But that’s not what matters most.
They are like clay ready to be shaped into something stronger, sharper, and more technical.

You can’t teach heart, that’s something they already carry inside.

But I can train them. I can push them to strengthen that heart, expand their mindset, and unlock what seems impossible.

I see their potential. And I’m preparing each one of them to do the unthinkable.

Because nothing is impossible… until someone does it.

And here in Zurich, I am that someone. I dream big, work hard and do not allow anyone to impose their own limits on my students. Here at Atos a Jiu Jitsu they can dream big because we are about achieve their dreams.
