What a beautiful weekend with our BASI Pilates CTTC students during Modules 9 & 10. ✨
It was truly amazing to see such a strong improvement in everyone’s movement quality, precision, understanding, and control. All the hard work and practice are becoming more and more visible, and it is so rewarding to witness this progression.

For me personally, it was also very special because, as Faculty, I was finally able to demonstrate more again. Not yet fully at my maximum, as the impingement is still there and deep flexion is still limited, but I was able to explain and show the exercises much better again. And the students understood and followed everything so well.

A huge thank you to everyone for your focus, motivation, energy, and commitment. 💙
And yes… from here on, the program becomes significantly more challenging — we have officially entered the Advanced level. 🔥

CTTC Module 7 & 8 – Zurich ✨

What a powerful and inspiring weekend.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Natascha Eyber to support our Comprehensive Teacher Training Course here in Zurich. Having two Faculties in the room created a truly rich learning environment – for the students and for us as teachers.

The midterm exam is now done ✔️
A big step forward for everyone.

We saw growth, focus, and a deeper understanding of the work.

Now it’s time to keep going:
Stay committed, stay curious, and continue refining your understanding of Pilates.

This past weekend we successfully completed MTTC & CTTC – Modules 5 & 6, marked by strong focus, thoughtful work, and a great learning atmosphere throughout the studio.

For our MTTC students, this weekend represented an important milestone. With the completion of these modules, you have now officially finished the program and will begin your exam preparation phase. Over the course of the training, you have built a solid and well-structured foundation. Your dedication, discipline, and commitment to the work have been clearly visible, and we are confident that you are well prepared for the next step. We wish you continued success and the very best for the upcoming exams 🍀

Our CTTC students have also continued to deepen their understanding and refine their work through these modules. The knowledge and experience gained during this stage create a strong base for the advanced graduate material that lies ahead. Your engagement and steady progress throughout the weekend were inspiring to witness.

Overall, it was a highly focused, productive, and rewarding training weekend.

Meet Lina, certified Pilates instructor at BASI Pilates Zürich ✨

Lina completed her Mat Program Teacher Training with BASI Pilates®️ (Body Arts and Science International) and teaches dynamic, precise, and accessible Pilates Mat classes for all levels.

You can join her classes at Studio Selnau or conveniently online via live tune-in, depending on what suits you best.

Amanda is a BASI certified Pilates teacher specialising in Reformer & Equipment, Pilates Mat and her signature Barre Pilates Fusion.

Originally trained as a professional ballet dancer at the prestigious Teatro alla Scala Academy in Milan, Amanda performed on renowned European stages including Teatro alla Scala, Magdeburg Ballet Theater and Deutsche Oper Berlin.

Today, she brings that same precision, elegance and artistry into her Pilates teaching. Her classes combine technical excellence with fluidity, musicality and strength.

Fluent in English, Italian and German, Amanda creates a welcoming and inspiring space for every client.
