CrossFit™ teams are four athletes (minimum one woman or one man; two RX and two Intermediate). Hybrid teams are any two athletes (Beginners to Intermediate), programed by . From high-octane CrossFit™ to the precision of Calisthenics workshops by , the day will be about proving the work you’ve put in.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Friends, families, and fitness enthusiasts will be invited to join us at Halle 550 — come support your favorite teams from the sidelines; spectator entry will be free!
