Carla's Fitness & Pilates Concept I am a personal trainer who will help you achieve your goals, wether you wish to lose a few kilos, maintain your silhouette or prepare for certain sports.

Not only will you benefit from an infinite range of varied exercises, but you will also have total freedom because I adapt to your schedule rather than the other way round. For example, I can either see you in your own home or in my studio in Nyon. Pilates offers a wide and efficient range of activities. It can be used to reach several goals quickly, including boosting energy, endurance and flexib

ility. Then posture can be improved and any postural deviations straightened out, through a strengthening of the back and knee muscles. Finally, it will keep you in shape through various improvised exercises, drawn from aqua aerobics, yoga or kick-boxing, and other cardio moves. If you wish to work on specific parts of the body, slim down or regain muscles weakened by childbirth, Pilates is for you. It is also suitable for men who want to prepare their bodies before practising certain sports, like golf, tennis or skiing. Whether you want to shine on the green or be admired for your silhouette, Pilates is the perfect way to communicate with and understand your body.

Nutrition is particularly important when working out. It basically fuels your body and gives you energy.

✅ A good nutrition plan helps reduce the risk of some diseases, including heart diseases, diabetes, stroke, some forms of cancer and osteoporosis.

✅ It helps reduce high blood pressure, lower high cholesterol, and improves wellbeing and the ability to fight off and to recover from illness or injury.

How many times have you said that, and by the midle of January all is forgotten.

It is not easy getting started on a new way of living, you must do it step by step and the first thing to do is get in touch with a personal trainer who can help you achieve your goals.

It's important to keep active during winter times, it will not only boost your immune system 🦠 but it will also keep you in good terms with your scale whilst enjoying the end of year festivities.🥳

🧘 My pilates classes include Mat Pilates, and different accessories, as well as working with The Reformer, a Pilates machine, which achieves results very quickly and in a fun way.⁠

➡️ I use Pilates exercises as a foundation and strengthening and toning exercises for the whole body. If you have back, knee, joint problems, or else, this is a safe way to get in shape and help get rid of your aches and pains. ⁠
