Classic!

Arnold once said, "The squat is the single most important exercise for overall growth." And he proved it every time he stepped under the bar.

For Arnold, the squat wasn’t just a leg exercise—it was a full-body test of strength, willpower, and discipline. Each rep built not only massive quads, hamstrings, and glutes but also forged a champion’s mindset.

He believed that the foundation of a great physique starts from the ground up. Without strong legs, the upper body can never reach its true potential. That’s why his training included heavy back squats, front squats, and high-rep sets to shock the muscles into growth.

Arnold’s philosophy: “Don’t fear the pain—embrace it. Pain is temporary, but pride is forever.” Every time the bar felt heavy, he saw it as an opportunity to grow, not just in muscle, but in character.
