econd-last compromised run before the World Championships in Stockholm.

At this stage, my biggest limiter isn't any individual station. It's my ability to maintain pace and performance as fatigue accumulates over the race.

That's exactly why this session is built around repeated 2km laps. It's a great way to challenge and assess endurance under fatigue, while practising the skill of holding a strong pace when your legs and lungs are already working hard.

Sometimes the goal isn't to improve a specific station. It's to improve your ability to keep going when everything starts to feel difficult.

🇫🇷 HYROX Genève approche plus vite qu'on ne le pense.

Même si un bloc de préparation spécifique de 12 à 16 semaines est largement suffisant pour être prêt le jour de la course, c'est le moment idéal pour commencer à construire de bonnes bases.

Cet été, nous aiderons les athlètes à :

✅ Développer leur capacité aérobie et leur endurance en course à pied
✅ Gagner en confiance sur les différents ateliers HYROX
✅ Apprendre les bonnes techniques d'exécution
✅ Développer des stratégies d'allure efficaces
✅ Commencer leur préparation spécifique dans les meilleures conditions possibles

Les personnes qui réussiront le mieux en octobre ne seront pas forcément celles qui s'entraîneront le plus dur. Ce seront celles qui auront commencé à se préparer suffisamment tôt.

Heavy weights are as effective for toning

Missing a workout is not a big deal, the week isn't ruined.

🇬🇧 HYROX Geneva is closer than you think.

While a full 12–16 week HYROX preparation block is more than enough to get race-ready, now is the perfect time to start building the foundations.

Over the summer, we'll be helping athletes:

✅ Build their aerobic fitness and running base
✅ Improve confidence with HYROX stations
✅ Learn efficient station technique
✅ Develop pacing strategies
✅ Arrive at the start of their training block healthy and prepared

The athletes who perform best in October won't necessarily be the ones who train the hardest. They'll be the ones who start preparing early.

A mix of running, compromised efforts, heavy legs, and elevated heart rate throughout. The goal is to hold a strong pace even when fatigue starts to build.

Warm Up:
10 mins Assault Bike @ 200–240w
2 mins rest

Main:
4 rounds:
🏃 1km Run

After Runs 1 & 3:
➡️ 30m Sled Push @ race weight
➡️ 50m Walking Lunges

After Runs 2 & 4:
➡️ 30m Sled Pull
➡️ 50 Wall Balls
