Congratulations to Les Elfes team who passed their two week Les Elfes training. For us it is crucial the team has been correctly assessed both on snow and of it, and the Swiss Ski School has accredited them all, a great achievement.

We wish you all fantastic Holidays, for those of you celebrating Christmas, we wish you a merry one, and to all a wonderful New Year and 2018 ahead.

What is a typical winter camp day?

A typical day at les Elfes will start with a large continental breakfast then all skiers and snowboarders will leave to go skiing with their instructors.

From 9.00-12.00 the students will be on the slopes in order to get their ski lessons and discover and practice new exercises.

From 12.00-1.00pm, a warm lunch will be served in our private mountain restaurants.

From 1.00pm to 4.00pm, the campers will practice what they have learnt in the morning and enjoy the skiing with their instructors.

At 4.00pm, all campers will return to camp, enjoy a hot chocolate and relax until 5.00pm, when they will be signing up for the after ski activities, which are fully supervised by our animation staff.

At 7.00pm, dinner will be served including a fresh and healthy 3 course menu.�The evening activities will take place from 8.00pm until 10.00pm.

During the week, the campers will go on an exciting excursion in Switzerland.

1987-2017: Les Elfes celebrates its 30 years birthday this year.
Philippe and Nicole Stettler, the founders, would like to thank you for your continued trust and wish you all the best for 2017:

"30 years of passion for Education, Sports and, of course, our many children.
From 1987 with one small chalet welcoming 100 students per year, to 2017 where we run 3 campuses welcoming over 5000 students, from 70 nationalities, per year… Les Elfes has certainly evolved.
It has been 30 years of happiness, of wonderful encounters, of travels throughout the world experiencing different cultures.

From our camps in the 90s focused on mainly outdoor sports we have now changed towards a more educational approach:
Leadership training programmes, career orientation, web identity and online protection, etiquette courses and language lessons.

Les Elfes is also proud to have evolved into one of the few camps worldwide who operate from December until October.

In these 30 years we have seen former students have children who attend the camp, work here as monitors and even become managers here with us. This encapsulates the essence of family here at Les Elfes and it has been an honour to welcome each
and every one of you.

Nicole and Philippe, along with their partners, would simply like to say “Thank You” to all: parents, students, associates and, of course, our staff without whom nothing would have been possible.

Winter has officially begun here at Les Elfes and we are pleased to welcome some lovely individuals to camp! A super first day on the slopes

Beautiful Day in Verbier!
The Winter Season has officially begun. With opening of the slopes comes the holiday makers and weekenders already, and the town has a great buzz to it.

Skiing is great, with Verbier, Savolyres and Mt Fort sectors open which is fantastic for this time of year, even sectors of the 4 Valleys is open for those brave enough.

And most importantly, Les Elfes welcomed its first guests this weekend, we have students from Brazil and the US, as well as a large group from Switzerland.

Always good to meet new students and welcome back returners, many spent Summer Camp here this year which is fantastic.
