A big day! After years of consistency, hard work and dedication became the first purple belt at mountain top team.

If belts were given out for dedication to the club he would have received this a long time ago for everything he has done on and off the mats.

But in Jiujitsu belts are earned through skill level. Every bit of this belt has been earned through constant dedication to his craft, drive to improve and a consistent focus on his game week in week out for years.

Congratulations Anthony well deserved.

Round 1
- push / pull / rotate / trip your partner onto the gis / belts on the floor.

Round 2
- try to push your partner, when they push back to to get them to put their hands on the floor.

Round 3
- if they resist / posture up grab their leg!
