A few impressions from our recent Socorro 🇲🇽 Freediving Liveaboard Adventure.
Socorro never really disappoints. One moment you’re drifting in the blue with giant mantas circling curiously, the next a whale shark appears out of nowhere and calmly cruises past the group. We shared the water with several shark species, playful dolphins🐬, and one of the most special encounters of the trip — a pod of False Killer Whales passing by in the deep blue.💦
But what makes these trips unforgettable isn’t just the animals. It’s the quiet moments in between — freedivers hanging effortlessly in the water, watching the ocean come to life around them.
Socorro is still one of those rare places where you never quite know what the next drop will bring… and that’s exactly why we keep coming back.
