Go Deeper without doing more... what if deeper practice is not about doing more, but about feeling more, sensing more, and allowing more?

In the Deeper Practice workshops we'll explore and understand Nervous system and how to regulate it, cultivating a felt sense of peace, heart coherence meditation, and some asana as a pathway to deeper presence.

A space to slow down, listen inward and discover what becomes possible when we practice with less effort and more awareness.

As summer holidays come to an end, it’s a beautiful time to gently return to your yoga practice.

After travel, rest, and a change of routine, both body and mind may need a little time to settle back in. There’s no need to rush or make up for time away. Simply step onto your mat, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Let’s welcome this new season with softness, presence, and fresh energy. I look forward to welcoming you back to the mat.
